Beginning on March 1, 1972 the U.S.P.S. has supplied "Official" Souvenir Pages.
These pages include an illustration of the stamp's design and information 
relating to the issue.  A copy of the described stamp is affixed and canceled 
with a first day of issue cancellation.  These are similar to the previous post office 
new-issue announcement bulletins which were folded (SP1-SP295).
